Main Street Salon is a busy hub of experienced and beginning stylists. This is a place to build your clientele if you have just graduated from a cosmetology school. It is also a wonderful place to bring established clientele who live in the central Florida region.

The Landlord operates a full‑service, all‑gender beauty salon that has been in continuous operation at the same location for 29 years. The Landlord agrees to rent a styling chair/booth to the Renter for the purpose of providing cosmetology services as an independent contractor, not an employee.

• Renter pays the standard average Florida booth rental rate of $500 per month.

Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. 

The Renter remains an independent contractor. Nothing in this arrangement shall be interpreted as creating an employer‑employee relationship.

The Renter:

• Sets their own schedule
• Determines their own service pricing
• Retains all service fees and gratuities
• Provides their own tools, products, and supplies (unless otherwise agreed)
• Is responsible for all taxes, insurance, and licensing requirements
