Main Street Salon is a busy hub of experienced and beginning stylists. This is a place to build your clientele if you have just graduated from a cosmetology school. It is also a wonderful place to bring established clientele who live in the central Florida region.
We are currently looking for talented, motivated cosmetologists who are ready to grow their business in a supportive and professional environment.
Main Street Salon offers two levels of booth leases:
1. Three-month trials
2. Followed by yearly lease agreements
Begin or Re-establish your Career
The Landlord operates a full‑service, all‑gender beauty salon that has been in continuous operation at the same location for 29 years. The Landlord agrees to rent a styling chair/booth to the Renter for the purpose of providing cosmetology services as an independent contractor, not an employee.
- Month 1: Renter pays the standard average Florida booth rental rate of $500 per month.
- Month 2: Rent is waived (free month).
- Month 3: Rent returns to $500 per month.
Rent is due on the 1st day of each month.
At the conclusion of the three‑month term, either Party may choose not to renew without penalty.
A new contract will be required for any continuation beyond the trial period.
After the Successful Completion of the Three-Month Trial, we offer Yearly Rental Agreements.
The Renter remains an independent contractor. Nothing in this arrangement shall be interpreted as creating an employer‑employee relationship.
The Renter:
- Sets their own schedule
- Determines their own service pricing
- Retains all service fees and gratuities
- Provides their own tools, products, and supplies (unless otherwise agreed)
- Is responsible for all taxes, insurance, and licensing requirements
